  • Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing modality that channels the pure universal life force energy to support physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Holy Fire® Reiki specifically combines traditional Reiki techniques with a higher vibration of healing energy, helping you release blockages, restore balance, and connect more deeply with your inner guidance.

    During a session, you’ll lie fully clothed while the practitioner gently channels energy using hands-on and/or hands-above-the-body techniques. You may feel warmth, tingling, twitching, or a deep sense of relaxation as your body and mind naturally release stress and tension. Each session is unique. Some people experience emotional release, clarity, or a profound sense of calm and inner peace.

  • Many people feel a shift after their very first Holy Fire® Reiki session with me — whether it’s a sense of relaxation, emotional release, clarity, or lightness in the body. However, everyone’s nervous system and energetic frequency is unique, so the depth and duration of results can vary. Regular practice and consistent sessions, spaced 3–5 weeks apart, can tremendously support lasting balance, deeper healing, and alignment over time.
